Protractor can start as a single location shop management program and can expand to a multi-location enterprise software easily and quickly as a particular business expands. You can even group stores into divisions with each division reporting to the head office if you wish.

Protractor Vital Signs for all Locations can be rolled up using self defined divisions or for the entire enterprise operation for real time analysis of shop production and fiscal performance.

You can also compare the performance in one store in a key area to the performance of another store.

Protractor maintains previously recommended services and deferred work on their vehicle across your entire network. No matter which of your stores the customer returns to the current sales associate will have the accurate information.

Standardized Operations Across Locations
Protractor Enterprise Edition allows for standardized location setup so that every location looks, feels and reports exactly the same. This aids in setting up new locations and helps maintain consistent reporting.

Head Office Control and Centralization As Needed
With the Enterprise Edition, pricing can be set and maintained from the enterprise head office if necessary. This is especially useful for tire sales and pricing updates on inventory items.

Protractor will allow either central accounts payable and accounts receivable at the head office for all locations, or A/P and A/R at the location level.

Dashboard Reports
For many of the Enterprise users, we have developed a custom report web portal that can query and read the database from the web, without a Protractor Client. Reports can be customized and different head office personnel can have their own reports.
